Not settling at nursery

My little one didn’t eat for the first few weeks at nursery, he goes 8-3 to. After a good few weeks he just started eating. I did the same took him snacks which he would eat with them & more snacks for the car home, also gave him big breakfast😂 I was so worried at first but then he just come around now eats 2 bowls of stuff with them🙈xx
My little boy still gets quite upset when I drop him off, I make sure he has a good breakfast and take snacks for him and I have snacks ready for when I pick him up. I hope he settles and eats properly soon otherwise I don’t really know what to do xx
It's not easy I used to work in a nursery and it can take some children longer than others to settle in. I've known it take some children up to two months to settle in, hope he settles soon
My boy has just finished his 4th wk- he goes two mornings 8-1. He is still getting super upset on drop off which is heartbreaking, but the minute i go the girls distract him and then he has a great time. He’s hit & miss with his food, last Friday he ate loads, this wk he’s barely eaten anything, but he’s being a bit like that at home too & some foods they are offering is stuff he hasn’t had before so i expect it. I just make sure i have something with me for pick up or we go straight for dinner when i collect him. It’s awful leaving him crying, i cry myself, but the girls are really good at letting me know he’s settled within half an hour which i really, really appreciate xx
