Low AMH… success stories?

I had my son via IVF and he was born in 2023… so I’m planning on starting IVF again in hope of a second child. I’m 40 this year… when I had my son my AMH was 9.2 and now I’ve retreated and I’m 2.9 obviously this is low and has got lower through ageing. Just keen to hear if anyone has had success with a low AMH. Thanks!

Not quite as low as your current amh but lower than your previous. Mine was 6.5, I went over the top with my diet having done lots of googling about how to increase egg quality. Not sure if it worked, or if AMH just isn't that important but I got 11 eggs, all mature, 10 fertilised, 6 blasts. The one that made my little girl was a 5aa, not sure on the other 5 but they were good enough to freeze. If you want to message me to see what I did with diet, I'll be happy to chat 🙂

I had low AMH going into my first cycle in 2021 and got 7 eggs —> 1 pgt normal (my almost 3yo son). I was diagnosed with DOR when we tried again starting in 2023 (FYI I was 33). My doc gave me some different supplements to try and put me on an aggressive egg retrieval protocol and we got 12 eggs —> 4 pgt normal 🤯. I’d be happy to share my protocol / supplements and you can ask your doc what they think. I will say you’ll need 3-6 months on the supplements before starting IVF, based on what I was told (was on them for 5 ish months before my retrieval). I did a transfer in 2023 that resulted in a MC and am currently almost 39w with our second (from that second retrieval)

@Chloe could you message me the info too please 🙏
