Measuring small

Had my 25 week appointment today and they measured my bump and I’m measuring 22.5/23 weeks has anyone else had this and what does it mean? They said it’s nothing to worry about but I thought I was big because I feel huge 😂

I honestly wouldn’t worry about it, I know so many people who have been told they’re measuring a week sometimes two ahead & told baby will be big and they’ve had 7-8LBers x

It's just an estimate and not a particularly good one! My midwife told me that anything 2cm either side of your current week is perfectly normal. Also, at my 24 week appt, I was measuring 26cm and according to the 20wk scan he was 12th centile so he's either had a massive growth spurt or I'm just fat 😂

I don’t even know how big he is this is the thing they said they will check again at my 28 week appointment I’m not worried or anything just didn’t know if it was normal

I’m 25 weeks and never had anyone measure my bump! (which feels like it’s tiny, I’ve only just started showing)

In my first pregnancy I was always measuring small as he was at the back I wouldn’t worry to much I didn’t pop till I was 8 and half months pregnant. Then I got massive

I dont think it matters a whole lot, if you have a healthy BMI normally, or have strong ab muscles this can make you smaller too. So long as you are +/- 2 weeks all is good

I had the exact same! They measured my bump at 25 weeks and said I was measuring quite small at 22cm (they told me not to worry) but they sent me for a scan yesterday to check and baby was growing normal size! Tbh I don’t know why they still measure bumps because everyone’s shape and build is so different!
