It's a friction blister from nursing. Totally normal and will go away on its own. Breastmilk will heal it over time. Keep up the great work mama!

It looks like a blister. My LO had it and I saw a lactation consultant as he had a shallow latch and tongue tie. It resolved soon after his tongue tie was divided. It could just be caused by friction and could go away as he grows and mouth gets bigger
