I usually do self care after the kids are in bed. I haven't gotten back into full workouts yet but I like to journal, stretch, and take a warm shower after my babies are asleep. Naptime is also another option but a lot of times only one baby naps so I usually take that time to get chores done uninterrupted
During naptime if I don’t fall asleep with him 😣😭 I’m hoping to go for walks again once the weather breaks consistently
I go to a gym that offers kids care in the mornings.
Get a running buggy. It’s the best thing I’ve bought. Means I can go for a run but take them with me!
When the kids are asleep, my husband stays home and I go gym then! I go to a 24 hour gym so it works for me
