To ring pregnancy assessment unit or not?

I’m 35w5d pregnant with DCDA twins section booked for 37w4d. Had a scan on Tuesday - no issues, saw my midwife yesterday blood pressure was fine, heard babies heart beat trace of protein in urine but was told nothing to worry about. I woke up with a headache today like a really tired, aching over my eyes headache that won’t go away with paracetamol, I also have the chills and have just taken my temp and it’s ever so slightly high 37.8. I’ve felt babies move today as normal I think. Given I was just checked yesterday and scanned on Tuesday would you leave it or would you ring them? I know if I ring they’ll tell me to come in, I’m exhausted have a 2 year old who doesn’t sleep and I just want to go to bed and try and sleep but equally if I need to get checked then so be it.

Ring them. Always always ring them and go with your gut feeling 🤞🏼♥️

Ring. They may say to wait until the morning. But it could tick some boxes and mean something could go round. It's horrible when you want to sleep or at least be somewhere comfortable but you know you'll be stuck in an uncomfortable waiting room. But I imagine you won't sleep well anyway worrying about what is going on.

Yes any headache that won’t go away needs checking. Blood pressure can change. In hours so always worth a call

100% ring. Not to scare monger but I had raised blood pressure at 34 weeks which went down so they sent me home, then a bit of protein at 35 and borderline bp then by 36 I had loads of protein and high bp. It wasn’t dealt with and medicated until 36 weeks and so caused problems at birth. Also had a 2 year old at home so I was desperate to get home each time but I ended up very unwell so it’s definitely worth getting it checked even if it feels like a waste of time

Yeah thanks ladies I came in Friday night. Still here. Babies are fine but just trying to get my infection under control x

Its always so tough when you don't know whether to seek medical attention but glad you judged it right and hopefully it'll all be sorted soon
