When did you feel 'complete'

When did you feel 'done' or that the family was complete? Whilst pregnant, if so what gestation? Or after birth?

I hated being pregnant with my second and from probably around 30 weeks I knew I didn’t ever want to do it again 😂 after my second was born and seeing her with my first I knew we were done ☺️

Neither. It took me and my husband 8 years to finally get a baby following stillbirth, failed IVF and many miscarriages. We are very lucky to have our daughter and due to my age and our previous experiences we have decided our baby making journey is over … but I would’ve loved to have had another.

i’m pregnant with my second. i don’t want anymore after this. i mean, i knew i wanted to stop at two just cause im exhausted and i feel i’m done having babies, but this pregnancy has also been absolutely horrendous and no way do i want to do this again lol x

I’ve hated both pregnancies, however I’ll do it over and over again. Don’t feel done but partner is 😭

I didn’t enjoy my birth experience with my 3rd daughter, it was traumatic but I feel like in my head I am not done having children. I am not sure when in my head it will be like you are done. I think maybe after 1 more I will feel like my family is complete? Who knows?

Thanks everyone, I'm pregnant with my 3rd and this will be our last baby. I just really want that complete feeling when baby is born just to really feel content in our decision

@Lauren this is so similar to me. Had awful sickness both pregnancies. Second had health condition. But I really wanted a 3rd but partner was done. Little one now is 2 and he agreed to another and is really excited for it so don't give up hope x

I'm pregnant with my first but think I'll probably be a two and done, as it would be nice for them to have a sibling. Any more babies and cars start getting more cramped and holidays more expensive. Plus it took a year and a half trying for this one and worried I'm getting older and potentially less fertile
