How long does the first set take to cut through? Also how long does teething fever last? We’ve are on day two of fever

It’s been on and off. Had to have her in her under vest only as she was really burning up🤒
@Hayley aww bless her, we’ve had fever for two days, on and off as well. I’m worried because on the calpol box it says to only give it for 3 days
Tbh I ignore that. I’ve mates (parents) who are pharmacists and they give to theirs. Some days have been worse than others - today being one of them 😢
