This is my second pregnancy and I’m almost 21 weeks. I’m having di-di twins. I’ve had a healthy single pregnancy before this one. I have been having episodes of heart palpitations, dizziness, changes in vision, shortness of breath, and feeling like I’m going to faint. This is going on 3 weeks now. I have been regularly tracking my blood pressure and there is barely any fluctuation. My Dr just attributes this to possible dehydration or just a normal pregnancy symptom that’s just worse with twins. I can’t help but think something is just off, but also just not sure if I’m being overly anxious. Anyone else have a similar experience?

Maybe try more protein? Sometime so felt like that when I wasn’t getting enough fat & protein, I’m sure having twins you would need a lot more. I hope you feel better 🙏🏼

My last pregnancy I had LOW blood pressure and had the same symptoms. My doctor told me they can only help if it’s high. I found the only thing that worked were the packets of pedialyte in a bottle of water! The strawberry lemonade one was the only one that I could tolerate but it’s worth a shot!! If it’s low blood pressure or dehydration it could help either way!

Yes these are common ❤️ I remember feeling this way my first pregnancy too and I didn't even have twins!
