What underwear to use after giving birth?

Do you mean immediately after for bleeding purposes etc? If so, any disposable undies + a large pad was easiest for me! Just take off and chuck away xx

@Caley yeah I have those for the first days, no I mean postpartum knickers. I can see different options not sure what are the best ones

I just wore big knickers. Always a chance of an unplanned C and people recommend high waist ones for this so maybe take those to be safe? I wouldn’t overthink imo! I had an episiotomy last time too and just wore regular big knickers and big pads for the 4-5 weeks after and changed pads regularly. I wouldn’t spend money on anything specific it’s not really necessary

@Laura ah I see. I didn’t really have a fav with my first. Just whatever came to my husband or mums hands first at the shops! I was quite lucky that my bleeding wasn’t too much in all honesty. It was all done in a week. I will say that the hospital gave me a lot of their afterbirth pads which were 10x better than any ones I bought so try to take some of those!!
