Still breastfeeding my 14 month old, planning on stopping around 2
I planned to stop around 2 years, then I fell pregnant the month he turned two, I thought he would stop during the pregnancy but he didn't. I thought he would definitely stop when the baby arrives but he didn't. I thought he would definitely stop after a few months but he hasn't 🫣 my eldest is 42 months & my youngest is 8 months. I'm breastfeeding them both. My personal experience is the older he's got actually the worse it's got as he doesn't want to let it go. Most of my friends found it easier as they got older to stop but in our case it's very opposite xxx

I was hoping to make it to 3mths because I was struggling and it hurt and I was tired. Then 3mths came and it was easier so I thought, let's see if we can make it to 6mths and I did. Then I said I'm going for the full year! And we did it. She's two in a couple of weeks and we are still breastfeeding.

I went 2 1/2 years.
Mine is 9 months and I had planned on going to when she wants to stop. But I'll be going back to work full time and tbh I'm tired so next month I'm going to night wean and then start weaning her off at 12 months

We hit 1 year yesterday, I’d say I’m ready for her to stop soon, I love it so much but she’s still very dependent on my milk for everything and I’d like to just take it to bedtime feed, but the weaning process is difficult 😅

My overall goal was 2 years but I plan on letting her self wean. She’s 18 months now with no sign of weaning anytime soon

BF my first until 15months and he pretty much self weaned. My second is now 15months with absolutely no signs of wanting to stop 😵💫🥴
My little one is 10m, and I definitely don't feel ready to stop anytime soon. 🙈 maybe closer to 2.
