Sometimes it puts me in a bad mood don’t really know what to do !
I try to go out as much as I can. I take him shopping, baby classes, and for walks. Baby classes may not seem as something interesting, but I actually started enjoying them. I got to know other moms in the area and made some friends. Staying at home was making me depressed. My husband would come back from work to me crying everyday. It used to take so much energy to go out. Getting ready with the baby alone and preparing the diaper bag, etc. But it got easier with time.
@Rana I do the same. As you mentioned in your reply, at the beginning it is challenging but the more you do it the easier it gets. I really enjoy it once I am out and learn something how to make easier the next time. Walking our dog was such hassle but now I have a method in place and we get out in no time.
I have felt the same way currently doing CBT sessions to help with my depression and dealing with household chores. Finding things hard to keep up with and have time to enjoy hobbies, being a mum is challenging but I’m making light of it and enjoying all the time I can while she’s little 🥺 when they get older it’ll get easier I imagine x
Yes! I do so many classes or groups but sometimes the days are endless, wish I could enjoy it more😪
