I didn’t get anything unfortunately for the two weeks I tried but had my baby on Thursday evening (38 + 3) and it literally came in straight away! I was breastfeeding whilst waiting for them to stitch me up down the business end! Don’t panic… you’ve got this!

warm boobs - after a bath/hot water bottle, massage them and if you have a birthing comb then you can use this to massage them too but also nice vibes - dim lights, music or funny videos. Don’t over do it - to start I’d do 2 mins on one boob then swap, then swap back and do 3 mins, then increase it daily x

Didn't get any for my first child at all but using pump to try for 2nd child really helped
first day I got nothing, second and third day I got max 1-2 droplets and from fourth onwards I managed to fill half a syringe etc - some people never get any and still manage to BF! good luck x
