Is your hair long? My hair is really long and I need to comb gently with oil on my ends every night and do a braid. My hair is straight but I think you will need to do that and revive your curls in the morning

@Ana Moore it is pretty long yeah. thank you very much for the advice, il give it a go. any suggestions on oil?

When did you last have a haircut? The only true way to make your hair healthy again is to cut off any split, dry ends as they’ll be making it knottier

@N 💞 I get it my ends cut every couple of months

@Ana Moore thank you

Have you had all the split ends off though or just a tiny trim?

@N 💞 all the split ends and that's why I'm so confused by it all

Do you use treatments, products, heat protection if applying heat?

@N 💞 I'm not sure what treatment to use, I've tired hair food but only worked twice! any suggestions? I don't apply any heat

You need proper salon quality products, not gimmicky things you can buy on Amazon. Go to your local salon and ask their advice and get the products from there

@N 💞 alright thank you

My hair is a big trigger for me, I have very straight hair but it gets so knotted so easily and I get super stressed by it. I often forget to brush it or get so frustrated trying to brush out the knots that I just give up and go out with a birds nest hairstyle 😅 in my worst moments I've had my partner or my mum brush my hair for me. I've just had a hair cut too, just below shoulder length and that's also made it so much easier. I use loccitanes almond shower oil in my hair. I know it's not meant to, but I also have a dry scalp and it's been magic for that.

@Isla thank you, that sounds like my experience too drives me insane. I am thinking about hair cut! il have a look at oil thank you again
