Toddler red ear
Does this mean he has an ear infection? He’s not really messing with it but he’s not teething either

If he hasn’t been lying on it then yes it’s a sign of an ear infection ,if you press gently on it does he react ? My boy has troubles with his years and his goes this red colour with an ear infection unless he has been sleeping on that side ,but from this photo it also looks swelled up which is another Indication of an ear infection
