Looking for a pram thats good to use on rough terrain

Hey all! I’m looking to change my pram to one that is better on rough terrain as I have loved going for walks but can only use the baby carrier because my pram can not handle the slightest bumpy paths and my back is STRUGGLING carrying my almost 5 month old lol. I preferably only want to spend $600-$700 max including a capsule if possible as I am currently 17 weeks pregnant with my second baby. I have seen the evenflo folio online for sale and wondered if anyone has used it or can suggest something better? Thanks in advance!!
