I’m just wondering if I could get advice on contraception. I was on the mini pill prior and that’s all I’ve known since a young teenager so just wanted to get advice on the depo injection, patches etc just as when baby comes I’m 10000% protecting myself so we don’t get caught too early

I’m going back on the implant after I give birth! Would be too stressed to get pregnant again with anything else🫣
Avoid the depo injection at all costs if you want another baby, I was on this and it caused fertility issues for 2 years! Personally I'm going to get the non hormonal coil so that I still have my normal cycle

It all depends on your health to be honest, I had the patch before I got pregnant this time and urgent care took me off of it because they thought I had a blood clot on my brain from it turns out I wasn’t actually meant to be on it anyway because I suffer from migraines. I was on the injection when I was in college and spent the entire time bleeding but it works for some people so honestly it’s personal preference I’m going with the copper coil next so it doesn’t affect my migraines
