I lived with my in laws for 3 months and absolutely loved it. I still go there often for sleep overs

It is quite stressful in my case.. In addition to taking care of the baby.. I have to handle toxicity in the house on simple matters..

I lived with mine prior to my hubby and I getting married and then again for a short time in between apartment living and buying our house. We had a separate space but I really think it depends on your in laws and balance of spending time together/boundaries. Looking back I’d say it wasn’t too bad and am definitely grateful for the opportunity to save money, but I remember being pretty miserable while actually living there.

i live with mine, it's the worst thing i've ever done, i love my in laws but it's my partners siblings that are here 24/7 even though they have their own houses that ruins it for me

MIL has lived w us for 2yrs. We don’t get in each others way she’s not overbearing and she cooks sometimes so it works here. She’s single, and my hubby is an only child so she’ll be living on her own otherwise (and did for awhile but Mum kept lecturing me to take her in)

🙋‍♀️ We’ve been living with him in laws for about 8mos. It’s been great! They are very accommodating, supportive, & easy to live with. But at this point I’m ready to have my own space again. Even though it’s been a good experience it’s difficult not having our own space. Feel free to message me if you want to talk about it!
