Depression and loneliness

I am a new single mum that stays at home and I feel so lonely. I have support from my family over the phone and they visit me here and there but they don’t live near me . Im struggling emotionally doing everything on my own and then on top of that healing from my own childhood trauma . Any tips from other mums that felt like this and any advice they can give me please?

Try to meet mommas near you! That has made a huge difference as well. We share tips, tricks, struggles, and challenges.

Good luck momma!!!

If you live in the vicinity Rotherham I have plenty to recommend x
