Oh wow, quite a while then. Back in 2023 it was a week to show via NHS app
Ah mine was in the post, but that was because they couldn’t get them done at the scan so had to have bloods at the midwife’s x
I had mine done last Thursday, I keep checking the nhs app but nothing yet. I’ll keep you posted how long it takes. I think they send by post too but my post is rubbish.
@Danielle they sent by post last time and it was just chance I saw it on the app. It was defo on the NHS app a week after as we then publicly announced pregnancy. The letter came after we had announced
I saw all my booking appointment blood results on the nhs app so I figured they might post this on the app too. I’m too impatient to wait for the letter. I also got all my other appointments including the 20 weeks ultrasound scan date at my 12 week scan. Which the didn’t do in my last pregnancy 2 years ago.
@Danielle I got 20 week scan at 12 week scan last time. I have more scans this time as consultant led. Which hospital are you? Looking at your profile our LOs will be similar ages
I’m going to the royal. Had my first at the royal too. I’m consultant lead too and have to have a prem prevention check. They gave me these appointments at my 12 week scan last week. I’m 13+3 today.
Ooph, so I had the original bloods done, and was told I was high chance of Edwards and pataus (can't remember the odds but was fairly high like 10/100). Then had my nipt tests done. It took 6 weeks for me to get results. Initially, it took me chasing them for 4weeks to be told the tests had failed on both samples. I then had a bit of a fight to get them to retake blood samples (they only take bloods for it once usually, but my argument was that it wasn't my fault they'd failed testing). Eventually they agreed that I could go in for more bloods. It then took another 2 weeks for me to get the full result of low chance, this was about a week before my 20 week scan
@Danielle that's really useful. I'm also LRI. Did you get given all scan appointments at 12 week scan? Please let me know how long screenings take to show on app
@Becci oh this sounds a difficult experience. Hopefully things have improved since
So I got my prem prevention scan at the appointment and then a consultant phone call appointment. I guess it depends on the results of the prem prevention and how my pregnancy progresses, my last baby was large so I may get extra scans if I’m measuring large again. I’m having a planned c section so I assumed that was the call with the OB.
There was another lady there I’m not sure what for, but they gave her a lot of scan appointments all in one go.
@Danielle nice to know when the appointments are. Hope my consultant one if face to face rather than phone. With my last, I lost a lot of blood and she was small hence why consultant led
Got my results today on the nhs app. Had them took Thursday afternoon

@Danielle thank you! Just had my scan and bloods and they said 7 to 10 days for results in the post, but only told me cos I asked
Great news. Did you get your other appointments too?
@Danielle yes got 20 week scan and consultant phone app. Did results come in post or on app?
Mine were on the app. I’m sure I’ll get a letter too.
Mine was 2 weeks but that was last year x
