TMI, but want advice - Clear nipple dishcharge

I’m 23 weeks pregnant, I’ve been getting a tiny bit of crust on my nipples at the end of the day for a few weeks now, and now if I squeeze my nipples, clear discharge comes out - is this normal 😳

Yes this is normal it’s just your boobs getting ready for milk it will become cloudy soon like milky

That’s the start of your colostrum starting to come in! Totally normal, it freaked me out at first too it’s adviced not to extract untill after,I think, 36 weeks (what I was told by my midwife)

Yep as Morgan said, it's not discharge it's your colostrum. It can be a range of colours mine starts clear then goes cloudy white. Some people have bright yellow/gold etc. Try not to squeeze just wipe it off as you're not meant to colostrum harvest til 36/37 weeks x
