I just stopped taking any supplements and I’m sticking to a healthy diet and making sure I eat eggs and spinach everyday for the folic acid, iron and choline. Other than that I don’t think those supplements are necessary bad but most of the ingredients in supplements aren’t regulated and you don’t really know what’s in it.

Have you met with your doctor? I met with doctor and naturopath during my pregnancy. I was on a Prenatal SAP + iron (borderline low after pregnant) and Omega 3 just for first trimester. I’d probably pause everything during pregnancy and go back to them after birth/finished breastfeeding if that’s in your plan

I’d pause your current regimen until after the pregnancy just to be safe. Start taking a prenatal vitamin and if it doesn’t have choline also take choline. This will have everything you need and nothing you don’t! Protein shakes are good too. I use Orgain Simple because it doesn’t have anything questionable in it!

I agree with others - please stop your supplements and consult with a provider. Some of the vitamins you are taking are duplicative (zma already has magnesium and zinc) and eaas are not recommended during pregnancy. Focus on a balanced diet and a prenatal vitamin + choline
