I can’t speak for everyone but I have definitely had my fair share of really really rough days. Especially being all alone almost all day while my husband is working. I had gotten laid off 2 months into pregnancy and we decided I just stay home instead of find another job….the isolation has been extremely hard.

I can relate a lot

Seeing how I have pre-pregnancy depression, it’s a little difficult to say😅 But, some days are definitely much better than others.

I have definitely had a lot of rough days. You are not alone

In my first pregnancy I didn’t. In this one, my depression skyrocketed and I’ve been mostly suicidal the last 5 months. I’m not looking forward to finding out how the post natal period goes

I've definitely noticed an increase of sadness and crying. I do wonder too if it's just a mix of hormone and stress. My parents are going through a nasty divorce and I don't have family support or the joy I expected and am dealing with the aftershock of the whole fertility journey. I do worry about depression but it could also be that things just hit harder during pregnancy?

I understand I don’t have a mom or dad and I’m so young to have a kid but I’m been trying to bond and enjoy my pregnancy and I can’t

@Mariah I found it hard to really accept that I'm pregnant before baby started kicking. I'm noticing that now that I can feel him and I talk to him it's helping me feel more grounded in the situation. Maybe talking to your baby can help? Do you have any other type of support? That could be part of the issue. Therapy is always a good idea if you're feeling exceptionally low especially as you near your due date.

How do I talk to him idk how

Yes and it was been really rough this pregnancy
