How often is family visiting?

They don’t and we live about 25 min away, but yet they expect us to always go to them 😂
@Kenzie that’s how my family is. It’s a fight to get them to visit because “it’s too far” yet they expect me to make the same 35 minute drive out there with the baby. I’m also the only one with kids.
Right! Like I get it it’s far from them but we have to make that drive too and we’re the ones with two kids so it’s a hassle enough as it is getting them out and leaving. But it’s always “why don’t yall bring them over?” And then when we don’t it’s a problem like ugh 😒 Don’t feel bad either because we’ve decided that we’re through putting in the effort to go over to them but they don’t do the same for us
@Kenzie Same it just sucks. My family threw a fit cause I told them I’m no longer coming out for holidays because they plan them around bedtime. Like why should I go out of my way and accommodate ppl who won’t even take my kids into consideration. They don’t understand how important routines are too little kids. I have 2 under 5 and it’s already hard enough going out by myself let alone when they’re tired and cranky. Just feel like I completely lost my village after my baby was born.
They never visit. Once I had my baby my mom kinda dropped me? 🤷♀️
