Would you consider perineoplasty / vaginal rejuvenation surgery after childbirth

My first birth included episiotomy and forceps and I’m pregnant with #2, perineum was cut and stitched back meaning the actual ‘entrance’ is wide. Can’t be fixed with kegels alone

After two kids I can’t fathom why I’d need to I just haven’t experienced anything that would make me feel like I need that

He goes in with his eyes closed and tongue out so he doesn’t even see up close let alone me 😂 we’re not staring at the veins on their penis as much as they’re not staring at our flaps so I really don’t see the point. You do you though.
