Me to my son is very picky, I just feed him what he like while introducing new stuff still. They will grow out of it no worries doctor says its normal.
Does he still drinks milk? My 2years old was very picky and ate very little until 2 weeks ago, we stoped giving his milk bottle, and now he is eating 10x more.
Yes in the morning and for bedtime. You do know kids can drink milk forever. Nothing is wrong with drinking milk. It should not substitute food though
Milk does make them feel full, and a lot of times they drink it as a soothing mechanism. The max they can have per day is 20oz, otherwise it can cause iron deficiency. The problem is not the milk itself, is that they tend to prioritize it, and we know at this age milk is not what they need, but food. @Monique
@Ana Clauzet yes that is true thats why I only allow twice a day.
He drinks the gallon milk with his food and in the mornings but it’s like he takes two bites and he’s done 😒
My son likes to just eat snacks basically and pouches. It’s so hard to get him to eat real food, and the only “real food” he will eat anymore is Mac and cheese and chicken nuggets or hot dogs. He used to be such a good eater, I’m not sure what happened
Having the hardest time as well… I’ve been told “they’ll eat on their own time” 😤I typically feed her things I know she’ll like still a struggle tho 😔
