Any moms that do side gigs?
Hey mamas! I’m a first time mom to an almost 8 month old . I have been unemployed since December 2024 and I have been trying to find a job but no luck. I have been doing side gigs like DoorDash, Instacart, spark , Etc and I am struggling. I don’t have no childcare and I have nobody that can watch him without having me pay and it’s hard doing this side gigs with a baby with me. Is there anybody that is in a similar situation that has any tips?

I run a paint night side gig and it goes well if people can come to my home, otherwise it is definitely tricky!
Anything you are passionate about? Maybe you can offer something from your home?
You can make a care.com profile and offer babysitting with your baby or also post it on community pages. Also check out rover and if you can get a few reoccurring people to pet sit you can make some good side gig money. I did both at the same time and made a living for a while.
