I didn’t get diagnosed with it, but was very close to having low enough water to be diagnosed. I had more frequent appointments and ultrasounds. I had him at 37+3 and he was so perfect and healthy. He was only 5 pounds 11 ounces so small but perfect. He didn’t have any complications and was released from the hospital a day after birth. He was also a star breastfeeder and did for 16 months. Don’t get too discouraged! If you ever want to ask anyone questions, I’m here!
Yes, you can increase your fluid levels and your Dr's should help you do that . Drinking lots and lots of water and fruits and veggies that are high in water like watermelon and Cucumbers. Also get lots of rest so your body can focus on producing more fluid. Avoid caffeine! No glasses of wine bc these things dehydrate you. Get some good electrolytes like LMNT. Your Dr's can also get you IV fluids and some medications. Babe will be fine! Just focus on getting more fluid!
I did but towards the end of my pregnancy. My daughter ended coming early at 35 weeks because of it. She was tiny but healthy otherwise. She's almost 4 now.
