Did your midwife not give you any information? You can hand express x

She told me I can book for someone too come nd teach me 🤷🏾‍♀️

If you are from the UK they should talk you through it and give you syringes to collect it https://www.uhs.nhs.uk/Media/UHS-website-2019/Patientinformation/Pregnancyandbirth/Collecting-your-colostrum-while-you-are-pregnant-1461-PIL.pdf I don’t think it’s advised to use a breast pump, but this looks helpful x

Did she give you some syringes you can collect in? Best to hand express, drink lots that morning/day and use a hot compress before I found helped, I used YouTube videos for a tutorial. Then pop them in a ziplock bag with the date on in the freezer 🙂 (you will probably not make enough for a pump to begin with don’t get discouraged if you can’t do a whole syringe at once straight away)

It’s not advised to use a pump at all as colostrum can be quite thick and you can lose quite a bit in the pump. However, many people still do and are fine. I couldn’t get more than a few drops by hand expressing (and I tried twice a day for over a week) so switched to my electric pump and managed to get a 25ml stash in 8 days. My colostrum wasn’t thick and I didn’t lose any in the pump.
