Those who EBF, do you give your baby vitamins? I give vitamin D when I can remember to but have seen some multivitamins for baby too. Which brand do you recommend?

I use the sprays by ‘Better You’ as they’re easy to use

I think they get all the vitamins and minerals they need from us and only vit D is recommended x
