Teething rash

Advice please. My little girl is 8months old and just cut her 3rd tooth and I'm starting to think this may be more than teething rash. Am I overthinking it?

It looks pretty localised to her mouth area, do you wipe away any dribble straight away?

Are you using a gentle moisturiser on it?

@Lauren i haven't, I was given the advice not to as it may irritate the area more.

Who recommended that? Have you spoken to your GP? I think you need to put some sort of cream on it, if you’re breastfeeding you could try a bit of breastmilk, but I don’t think it would heal without some treatment. I would go for something for sensitive skin like Child’s Farm, or maybe even coconut oil.
