Random fever
Hi my 20 month old daughter has been getting fevers since yesterday with no other symptoms and once the fever has gone she’s up and playing agin. not sure what’s going on has anyone else been through this ?
The only thing I can think of is the obvious is teething and coming down with something

My baby started with a high temp 2 days ago, no symptoms but then yesterday started with cold symptoms, runny nose and cough etc. We also think his 2nd molars are coming through so he’s going through it 😭
This also happened to my little boy and he developed a rash not long after - it was hand foot and mouth but luckily was quite mild
She had two random spots before having the fevers and that was all had fevers now seems okay and no more spots or rash

Yes I had that this when my baby developed hand foot and mouth, he was more sick in the evening with temperature and in the day running around as normal. I just gave neurofen and seemed to settle him down, the fever went on for 5 days or so then I took him to the GP who diagnosed him, but not much they could give him really
