Liquid from breast a year after stopping breastfeeding

Hi everyone! So I finished my breastfeeding journey just over a year ago now, my son is 2 and a half. I've noticed once or twice that if I squeeze my breast, small amounts of white liquid comes out. I did this today and quite a bit came out which has alarmed me. I'm definitely not pregnant, but is this normal over a year after finishing breast feeding? I get that the ducts get blocked with people that don't breast feed but this literally looked like milk

no idea if it’s normal but that’s happened to me too

@Izzie so I've had a Google and apparently there's a thing called Galactorrhea which can cause it. Not sure whether to speak to the GP
