It’s so normal, especially in a busy setting like a nursery. They’re so engrossed in what they’re doing they forget that they need the toilet! The only thing you can really do is remind her before she goes into nursery to go to the toilet when she needs and ask the staff to keep an eye and take her to the toilet at regular intervals
I definitely think some nurseries aren't as consistent as parents, just with being so busy. Just keep doing what you're doing at home and maybe mention to the nursery that they only seem to have accidents there and ask them if there's any way it could be more consistent e.g. regularly asking the child if they need the toilet. My sons nursery was pretty consistent but he was so distracted that he just forgot that he needed the toilet. After a couple of weeks he was fine
So I’m a SAHM mom now but we have a babysitter/nanny for date nights/ doctors appointments/ etc. With us he won’t have any accidents but refuses the potty when with someone else Just came back from my gestational diabetes test and wanted to cry because apparently he didn’t use the potty all morning with her (I think pregnancy hormones are making me more emotional than necessary) I don’t know how true it is but I heard it comes with independence a bit. Imagine if a stranger walked in with you to go potty? When they feel they can pull down/up their pants having someone just to escort them to the bathroom is less scary than having them in their intimate space.
