Hitting!!!

Yess and most of the time he just laughts at me lol😩

Oops I didn’t read you asked “how” I usually just tell him “no” y “eso no está bien” but he just doesn’t listen

I started just responding with the “gentle” and use my hand to show him how to pet. He likes slapping my chest and grabbing my cheeks. So I show him with my hand how I would do it to him. So I say “gentle” and I stroke his cheek or I rub his arm.

My son is hitting a ton right now too! I don’t think he understands NO yet but I’m trying 😅

I also redirect. So if she is hitting my chest, I give my palm or a stuffed animal to hit instead.

@Melissa I was told by my daycare provider that the word no is not a good one to use and she was explaining why but by LO kept hitting me so I couldn’t listen/

@Aleydis yes. Mine looks at me like “ what, im going to do it again” look.

I just tell my son , "why you hitting me, that's not nice ." Then he laughs and keeps hitting 😂
