It did seem to with my first but I wouldn't recommend it 😅

Well obviously very uncomfortable and then I had a horrible labour which may not be related at all of course. I had period cramps soon after and within a few hours had my bloody show and contractions started. I was 39+6 so of course my body could have just been ready and that's why it 'worked' .

@Jess Oh dear 🥺 sorry that you had that experience 😣. I mean we have been doing it every two or three days throughout the pregnancy not for any particular reason, just felt natural but now I see people saying it can bring on labour so I'm like hmm doesn't seem to have yet? 🤔

And yes it usually works only if your body is already semi ready for labour ...if it's not ready then it might not do very much ,take it easy when having sex tho as it can be uncomfortable for some

@Ames you need to get the sperm right up there as close to the cervix as possible,to help soften the cervix...having sex alone won't do much ..the sperm is the key ingredient
