It takes 2 years. Try not to put a lot of pressure on yourself, make sure you're eating well, getting enough sleep, and don't be afraid or embarrassed to ask for help from family or friends. Try even talking to someone about your feelings.
Trust me you’re not alone. The same thing is happening to me and I hate it. I find myself not wanting to get up and in constantly apologizing to my 10 month old for having me as her mother. She deserves better so I get what you’re feeling.
