Car Seat Installed?
When is the best time to install a car seat?! I wanted to wait til the last possible moment because my boyfriend was in a car accident last month and the car was totaled. Luckily, we didn't get the car seat at the time but I know if they're in a car accident, they shouldn't be used again... I'm just nervous with all the snow here in PA about getting into another accident and having to get another car seat... 🥺

@Jessica I was thinking the same thing. This is my second but my son is almost 6 so it's been awhile lol 😆
I installed it with my first at like 20 weeks. My second at 30 weeks. My husband just installed this one at 37 weeks 😅
We had the base installed for a while but now we’re getting our family car this week so I’ll probably install the base and car seat in the next couple weeks. I’m 35 weeks.

From other moms, I’ve heard if you are a first time mom to do it at the very last minute like 39 weeks or even 40 weeks. My fiancé and I have practiced putting it in both our cars but keep it in the house. Honestly seeing as though you honestly don’t need it until discharge. I’ll probably have my fiancé install it in his car probably after baby is born! But I would just encourage making sure yall know how to install it and all while u wait.
