Low Papp-A - advice please??

Hello! I had my NHS scan and they told me that I have low Papp-A I think it’s about 0.3 and they have told me I have an increased risk of chromosomal abnormalities but still not high risk. Has anyone had this? Trying to find info online but it’s making me feel worse! Any help is appreciated TIA🫶🏼

I have been diagnosed with it too! Just been out on low dose aspirin and a few extra scans booked for later in the pregnancy ! Feel free to message me if you’re worried

@Ani did it increase your risk? They basically said it’s less than 150 to be high risk but I’m 191 due to the low Papp, but I feel like I’d look at that as high risk

I did the NIPT for reassurance but all came back low risk

@Ani did you do that privately? They said I’m not low risk enough for it to be done on the nhs but when looking at NIPT tests they’re like £300!
