My girl absolutely loves soy yogurt with fruit cut up in it! I add chia seeds or flax sometimes to help add more nutrients. Smoothies are a solid in this house too
I have a couple friends who are dairy free and there are some great options! You can do a lot of Mexican food without cheese or sour cream and it dairy free (rice, beans, taquitos, fajitas, etc) I make egg bites in bulk with veggies mixed in. Overnight oats with soy milk Any sort of meat & vegetable dish You can make a lot of soups that are dairy free (I make an awesome chicken & barely soup) You can make a smoothie with the soy milk Sandwiches - peanut butter & jelly, ham/turkey with mayo (most mayo is DF) A lot of Asian dishes are dairy free! You can do a chicken teriyaki stir fry Pasta with veggies & Bolognese
