Am I over exaggerating

Baby went to dads for a few days since his been back his not been himself and a little bit ill, had a chat with his and asked if everything was okay when he was with him. Dad replied that everything was ok. His current symptoms are not eating his main meals such as breakfast, lunch and dinner but he will snack on his snacks. His got diarrhoea, a stuffy nose a little bit of a cough and seems to be more tired than usual. His finishing all his bottles and also drinking water. But I can’t stop worrying. I’ve booked in for a doctor’s appointment just waiting on a call back.
