I would speak to your pediatrician.. my 4 year old was like this. Turns out he had an oral sensory disorder. Food therapy has helped a lot.
Mine is like that. She used to eat all kinds of foods but has dwindled down to a few. I started her on a multivitamin. It's been about a month and I've noticed more appetite and asking for different things...tho not much more than what's already in her rotation.
It’s a phase! Mine was eating everything & recently she’s been saying she doesn’t like it anymore lol
Same boat here. I just recently gave up pushing because I don't want to traumatize my son and I think that's where we were headed. I just started using a multivitamin and plan to make smoothies a couple times a week with dinner
This is definitely the age where they stop eating. We thought we had hit it a few months ago when they started to get really picky. They have recently nearly stopped eating altogether. It's just a phase. She will get past it. If you are concerned about her weight, you can definitely do something like Ensure, but I would ask her pediatrician first. I was gonna start them on it, but the pediatricians said their weight was fine and it was no need for the supplement.
