It's all about anatomy! Some women even before giving birth, cannot have flat stomachs because of the exact positioning of their uterus/other internal organs and us NEEDING some later of fat to indulge and protect them. It's actually a way bigger percent of women who are unable to have flat stomachs and naturally have that ponch. Even at my lowest weight of 95 lbs(I'm only 5' so it's not too terribly small) I don't have an entirely flat stomach and have that part that sticks out more. I could be wrong about what fupa means, but I am assuming it's the stomach area and it not being flat and being slightly protruding. That is entirely natural, but if you are personally unhappy with it and think it could be worked on, toning your ab muscles is never a bad thing for you, core strength comes in handy for many things we don't realize, like helping with back pain and posture and our balance
If you had a c-section it depends how your scar healed, I had a really traumatic and bad first c-section and my obstetrician said it will never lay flat
I’m a 9 months postpartum with a c section, I’m following and praying someone has a good story. I exercise twice a day & do yoga once a week. I still have my flab and have been self conscious about it very much lately.
Just depends on your body style and exercise!
