Outfit changes

Do you guys change your babies outfits everyday when they first wake up or keep them in their pjs until it’s bath time? I keep mine in their jammies all day unless we are going somewhere.

I keep them in pjs until the evening after bath time ❤️

I keep mine in pajamas unless we are going somewhere. Sometimes I change pajamas if he spit up during the morning feed.

Mine is in just a diaper 99% of the time. Only time he’s in clothes is if he’s going somewhere and that’s to the doctor🤣

Pj’s till bath time unless they mess up their clothes

It depends on how things are going in any given day

My boy spits up a lot, so I take him out of his night clothes in the am. He usually sleeps in halo swaddles, often with just a diaper since he gets hot. What do you consider pajamas for a newborn? He wears footed onesies most of the time and sleeps in halo swaddles or knotted sleeper gowns. We also don’t do baths daily. I wipe him down with a wet cloth and a little soap in between bath days.

I change every other day or as needed.

I like the routine feeling so I’ll put her in a sleeper or sleep sack anywhere from 8pm-10 pm and then don’t change her again till 11 am - noon the next morning into like a onesie and pants or something ! Then repeat

When I had my first baby I used to change him at least twice a day, outfit for day time, jammies at night … now I’m on my forth child - she lives in the same onesie for days at a time 😂

Thank you for all the responses! I was feeling like a bad mom for leaving her in her pajamas all day! And by pajamas I meant footed onesies!

Girl I’m in my pajamas all day😅 !! So don’t feel bad if LO is.

No way I think we all do this lmao the footies are jsut the easiest most convienient way to go. The only time he gets dressed up in real clothes is if we go out or nana dresses him up lol

My baby lives in pijamas lol. I do change him if he spits out and I put on a fresh pair after bathtime. Tbh i have taken him to the doctor in pjs when is early in the morning. I dress him up in cute clothes every once in awhile so I can see him or the two times we’ve been out, i have put on some cute sets

Girl! Im still wearing pjs all day and im grown. When I put on real clothes my husband and family are like “girl u look hot” lol. That doesn’t make u a bad mom!

It depends on what we are doing for the day. Sometimes if we are just hanging at home we do pjs or i get her dressed but if we are going out i get her dressed!

I change my son clothes everyday cause he spits up all the time

Pjs all day unless we go out.

Yes, but not always. I just loveeee dressing up my babies in general! Like little dolls 🪆 ✨️

Babe is in pjs all day too unless theres a blow out or spit up. I love all the Mom comments about being in pjs too!! I also am in my pjs all day with the kiddos :)

All of these responses have made me feel so much better! 🥰 glad I’m not the only keeping my baby in her pjs all day!

Same here. I was starting to feel bad too, but most days we really don't go anywhere unless I really have to. I've become a hermit lol. & I'm cool with it. My son only just turned two months & still hasn't had his shots. I changed as needed, but usually jammies all day unless he has a blow out or spits up a lot. Outfits only if we're going somewhere.

I mean is it not normal to send babies to daycare in PJs because that’s what I’ll probably do! Hah! We got soooo many 0-3 Month outfits, she’s 10 weeks already can’t fit into most of them and she’s going to an in home daycare, any snap outfits would be a pain!

i must be the odd one out lol with both my kids i’ve changed them into clothes every morning and pjs every night. its easy now to just do the same with him as i do with my toddler. you’re definitely not weird though or a bad parent. 100% SO normal

Only reason we do multiple outfit changes is because he loves to pee on them during diaper changes 😩😂😂😂
