Baby/Toddler Groups

Hi everyone 👋🏼 I’m a mum of 3 never been to a baby group, I really want to socialise more and hopefully make some friends and get out of the house, I live on Bransholme and just wondering if anyone knows of any local groups where I can make friends and baby friends too for my boy who is 7 months, not really sure where to start, thanks ☺️ x

Try the groups at the family hubs. They are a voluntary £1 donation and usually very friendly. The bransholme hub I think is called lemon tree and their facebook has timetables of their sessions

If you can get to Kingswood there’s Baby Sensory classes at David Lloyd on Fridays in term time. Www.babysensory.com/beverley

Don’t know if you can drive but me and my little boy go to a group called tummy time on a Wednesday morning at ainthorpe school in little owls nursery which is lovely! They don’t have to spend time on their tummy if they don’t want too it’s on at 10-11am and they do a baby sensory session at the octagon at 1:30 on a Monday afternoon more then welcome to join me at those if you wanted to :) x

Check out Bransholme library. They have a few different free sessions for babies and toddlers. There’s a new Tuesday morning stay and play at the library and a Tuesday afternoon toddler tunes :)
