Allergens?
When you start BLW, will you introduce allergens first and wait longer? I’ve softy started BLW but I’m avoiding allergens for now. Some people say it’s better to introduce earlier other say they are waiting until later. What will you be doing and why?

My pediatrician said we can start allergens now - she’s 5 months! Just a teensy peanut butter she said and then watch for allergies!
Pediatrician gave okay @4.5 months. He will be 5 months next week. Did egg yolk first and he’s doing good! Loves it and there were no reactions. I am trying to rip the band aid on peanut better but my anxiety wins everytime. We will try soon 🤞🏾🤞🏾

I accidentally introduced my 4 month old to peanut butter. I completely forgot about it being a major allergy🤦🏻♀️ she did great though 😅
