Opinions?

In need of a little break and want to go on a date w my husband. My baby is 2 months and we want to leave her with my mother in law so we can have some us time. Is that a good age to leave baby? I don’t know why I feel so guilty lol she’s just so little!

Mine is 5 weeks old and me and my husband are wanting to do the same this weekend 😅 I am NEEDING to get out of the house so I think a couple hours is fine!

@Autumn ahh you feel me! I need to get out of the house I feel suffocated here lmao I need a drink or two 👀

THAT part!! 👏🏼

Of course it’s fine !

Of course it's ok, my husband and I did that around the exact same age

Me and mine left our baby w his great aunt when he was 6 weeks! It was only for 2 hrs but we did! And hes now 8 weeks and friday we are leaving him with her again for our valentines date! Baby needs mommy and daddy happy & inlove! Dont feel guilty go enjoy ur man and then ur baby after❤️

Me and my husband's first date was when our baby was 2 months. We went to see a movie.

It all comes down to do you trust her 💯. If it’s yes then why not?

Yeah I went out for a date at 8w. I was ready. We showered got dressed first, I Bf put the baby to sleep and we put on our shoes and zoomed out, wasting no time 😂 MIL just had to “listen out” she wasn’t even watching. Baby sleeps for 2.5-3hrs on average at 8w so we had a nice long 3hrs out, baby just woke as we got home and perfect timing 👌🏼 I sipped on 2 cocktails slowly over 2.5hrs (15m there 15 back) that night so totally okay to Bf as soon as I got home. It was perfect Xx Go enjoy!! Esp as tmr is Vday. He woke at 12am we left at 9pm.

Your child, your rules.. we can’t really tell you what you can and can’t do girl! Lol just do what you feel is right! Enjoy your night out especially if you trust the person that will be watching your child! 🥰 you deserve it

If you’re comfortable with it then yes totally okay!! If your MIL seems great with baby and you trust her then I don’t see a problem with it at all. It’s good to get some time for you and your partner! Breaks are good even if it’s only a few hours! Do it!
