The NHS website actually says that there's no evidence behind the bio/non-bio controversy. I'm pretty sure it's just another marketing tactic companies use

Only need to switch to non bio of once baby is here it’s effecting there skin which isn’t often so should be fine I’ve just used our usual to wash everything xx
There is a lot of media around which says it doesn’t really make any difference. Until the babies born and your tried anything on their skin anyway you’ll not know if they have a reaction and can be said for anything x

Some countries literally only have bio available. The non-bio thing has actually been found to be a myth and is mainly just marketing. It’s actually often scents and fragrances that people are sensitive to. As a bonus, the enzymes in bio are great for getting out stains! We use bio on everything at our house ❤️ xxx
Until I got pregnant, I didn't realise how predatory the pregnancy and baby market is 😭 so many companies playing to parents fears and even selling things that aren't safe
