Has anyone had an ophthalmology appointment, we have ours today and just wondering what to expect

Yes we are there often! My little boy was born with a congenital cataract. You can message me if you've got questions x

Yes I have (for me, not my children). They did an eye test first, similar to opticians but in more depth. Then gave me eye drops to dilate my pupils and took photos of the backs of my eyes. And a thorough examination too. x

I did with my eldest as he had unequal pupils. He saw a couple of people for various things like a vision check etc.
