The reason they say to wait is to avoid infection because of the internal wound. A few more weeks and you will be healed more inside
Im sure you would be fine but it’s always better to wait. Plenty of people don’t wait though.
If you’re that horny that you want to risk infection and further damage go ahead It isn’t even been 40 days relax and heal up
I mean up to you I waited 3 weeks for second baby and 4 weeks for first baby.
If you want actual opinions then yes, in my opinion it is too soon and slightly irresponsible to risk infection this soon after giving birth.

I would play it safe until cleared. You can always schedule an additional appt with your dr to check and make sure you are cleared. Until then you can always do oral or use vibrators with your partner without actually risking the chance of harm
I would wait it out a little more. The placenta actually leaves a wound inside the size of a dinner plate and that may not be healed completely yet
